We honestly couldn’t recommend Lapstone Barn enough! From the beautiful venue to the whole team, everything was amazing and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to celebrate our wedding. The setting is absolutely stunning and made the perfect backdrop for such a special day.A special thank you to Kat, our wedding coordinator, for all her help and support throughout the process, and to Helen, the catering coordinator, for making sure everything ran so smoothly with the food and catering. Both were so lovely to work with and helped make the whole experience that much easier and wonderful. The accommodation on site is amazing, the beds are so comfy and all our guests were so impressed. It was truly the most perfect and magical day. Lapstone Barn is the most incredible venue!
Absolutely the best day of our lives. Emily went above and beyond for us and we appreciated her help all the way through the planning process. We were planning from canada as well and was still really great. It really was such a great experience and wish we could do it again! The bar and serving staff were also amazing for entire evening and really went above and beyond for us and our guests as well. The most stunning venue and couldn’t have asked for a better day and experience.
We were lucky enough to get married at the BEAUTIFUL Lapstone Barn in July this year! Our day was perfect from start to finish. The grounds are absolutely stunning as is the barn itself and our guests haven’t stopped complimenting it. The Lapstone team were amazing and so helpful from our very first viewing (this was the first and only venue we viewed) and we couldn’t have asked for better people to help plan our day with us.Organising with our suppliers and the venue was super easy as our coordinator did liaise with everyone as well. The suppliers setting up and down throughout the day was seamless, we didn’t even notice! The accommodation was 10/10, super clean and it had everything you needed. We had elderly grandparents staying at the venue and the farmhouse was perfect for them, which was really important for us so they could easily pop in and out throughout the day.The food was phenomenal at the food tasting and on our wedding day! Our guests are still talking about it, BBQ was one of our best decisions. We had lots of dietary requirements and the amazing chefs/front of house were super accommodating. We could go on and on about Lapstone but there isn’t enough words! Thank you so much to Mylie and the team for a day we will never forget! A&J x
From the moment we first visited Lapstone in 2025, we knew this had to be the backdrop for our wedding. Our Coordinator Emily was absolutely sensational from the start of the process to the big day.Every single aspect of our wedding felt perfect and this was hugely in part to the wonderful effort and service provided by the entire Lapstone team compliment by such a wonderful venueThank you to Lapstone for making our wedding the best day of our lives 💕
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Lapstone Barn. From our very first viewing, the whole process felt seamless, and we were incredibly lucky to meet our wedding organiser, Miley, on that first visit. We fell in love with the venue immediately and booked it straight away. From there, Miley was exceptional throughout the entire planning process, helping us navigate everything from Hostology and supplier links to keeping us on track in the run-up to the big day. Nothing ever felt stressful, and it genuinely felt like no stone was left unturned. The food tasting was another highlight — they brought us an incredible amount to try and were so generous with the options, making it a really enjoyable part of the experience. Helen, who was also there on our wedding day, was equally fantastic and deserves a special mention alongside Miley for going above and beyond. Even with unpredictable weather and our hopes of having the ceremony outside, Miley pulled everything together at the last minute, while Helen was there helping wherever she could, including literally holding up flowers to make everything perfect. On the day itself, the whole team were brilliant — coordinating seamlessly with our suppliers, band and photographers, keeping the food and timings on track, and making sure everything ran exactly as it should. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and having accommodation on site was such a bonus, particularly for being able to head straight back to our room at the end of the night! Whether you're looking for a smaller, more intimate wedding or want the flexibility to accommodate a much larger number of guests, Lapstone really has everything you could want. There genuinely isn't anything negative we can say about our experience. It was the perfect day, and we would choose Lapstone Barn all over again in a heartbeat.
We had the most amazing day at Lapstone. From the setting, the beautiful building, the food, the drink, the staff it was all just so perfect!Such a beautiful day to celebrate our wedding and we couldn’t have even dreamed of it being this amazing! The staff were so kind and accomodating. Our wedding coordinator Kate was brilliantCould not recommend this venue moreThank you !
Where do we even begin… From the moment we first viewed Lapstone Barn, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. It’s an absolutely stunning venue, but what truly makes it so special is the incredible team behind it.A huge, heartfelt thank you has to go to our wedding coordinator, Emily. We genuinely don’t think our day would have been what it was without her. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey right through to the day itself, she was nothing short of amazing. No question was ever too much, no last minute change was ever a problem, and she was always on hand to reassure us, offer advice and make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Emily was our biggest rock throughout the entire process, and knowing she was there made everything feel so much easier. On the wedding day itself, Emily was incredible. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure every part of the day ran seamlessly without us ever having to think about a thing. Everything flowed perfectly from start to finish, and that’s a real credit to her and the entire team.A massive thank you also goes to all of the front of house staff. Every single member of the team was so warm, welcoming, attentive and constantly smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and so many of our guests commented on how fantastic the staff were. They helped create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and everyone felt so well looked after all day and evening. And the food… wow. The wedding breakfast was honestly incredible. The quality, presentation and flavours were outstanding, and we genuinely lost count of how many guests came up to us throughout the evening to tell us it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. That’s something you don’t hear often at weddings, and it speaks volumes about the standard Lapstone Barn delivers. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. Every corner is beautiful, the setting is unforgettable, and it provides the most perfect backdrop for such a special day. But what really sets Lapstone Barn apart is the people. A beautiful venue is one thing, but having a team who care so much, work so hard and genuinely want your day to be perfect is what makes the experience unforgettable. To Emily and every single member of the Lapstone Barn team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us the most incredible wedding day, one that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and if we had to do it all over again, we’d choose Lapstone Barn in a heartbeat. You are all absolutely amazing. 🤍
The dream venue !! Attended here for a family wedding and it was beyond amazing, picturesque, welcoming and simply breathtaking- the staff are awesome !! And the food was amazing - the best day !!
Nic and I got married here in late May and the entire experience was fantastic. Very professional team, with a positive and proactive attitude, where they did everything they could to help us enjoy the day.Could not recommend enough!
We held our wedding at Lapstone Barn June 2026, on one of the hottest days of the year! All the staff at Lapstone went above and beyond from start to end, to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible - even bringing in additional fans to help us endure the heatwave and ensuring all guests stayed hydrated. We fell in love with Lapstone from the first day we visited - it is an idyllic dream-like scene of rolling countryside, privacy and embodies the true character of the timeless Cotswolds. All accommodation is absolutely stunning, comfortable and high quality. Our wedding coordinator - Emily - assigned to us, helped us plan our day months in advance through multiple meetings, emails and phone calls. The very organised and kind-natured Emily blew us away with how she kept our day running so seamlessly, being our biggest supporter and the main person we could count on throughout. Our guests have fed back this was "The best wedding" they have ever attended - speaking positively of all elements, from scenery, to character, to food, in amongst many other qualities the venue holds. We will always treasure the one in a million wedding venue that Lapstone is! Whoever chooses Lapstone for any wedding or special event - you will not be disappointed!Forever grateful,Sam & Elle x
Choosing Lapstone Barn for our wedding was by far the best decision we made.Let’s talk about the space itself - if you’ve seen the photos, you’ll know how stunning the setting is. The grounds are beautifully maintained (we’d 100% recommend the outdoor games and the gin hut!), the accommodation has a real Cotswolds-chic feel and the layout inside flows perfectly - from the ceremony room to the wedding breakfast area and the brilliant dance floor space. The Lapstone team is really what sold us. From day one, they made it clear their role was to make the day run as smoothly as possible and we truly felt in safe hands throughout. If you have Abi as your coordinator, you’ve won! She is lovely, personable, organised and incredibly knowledgeable - she couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best day possible. We also have to shout out Helen who headed up hospitality on the day. We built a great relationship with her during our food tasting and on the day she was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble ( including, yes, me spilling an espresso martini all over my white dress, which she calmly and effortlessly helped clean up)! We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was.And the food… wow. What you get at the tasting is exactly the quality you receive on the day. We (and our guests) were absolutely stuffed! The chefs are exceptionally talented in delivering mass catering without compromising on quality.Overall, 10/10 - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lapstone Barn. It was spectacular in every way.
A Dream Wedding Venue in the CotswoldsLapstone Barn was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding and will always hold a special place in our hearts. From the moment we started planning to the final moments of our special day, everything was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make our vision a reality, with incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process.A huge thank you to Mylie, Abi, and the whole Lapstone team for bringing every detail together so beautifully. Every aspect of the venue looked stunning, and we felt completely supported from start to finish, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of the day.Lapstone is, in our opinion, the ideal Cotswolds wedding venue. The accommodation is exceptional, the layout flows perfectly, the grounds are beautiful, and every space within the venue feels thoughtfully designed. And of course, the breathtaking Northwick Barn provided the most incredible backdrop for our celebration.Everything came together even more perfectly than we could have imagined, and it truly was the best day of our lives. Our guests loved every part of the experience, especially the accommodation, and we received so many compliments about the venue. We will always cherish the memories we made at Lapstone Barn and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue or special place to celebrate. It is a truly magical venue, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping create the most beautiful day we could ever have dreamed of.
Just wanted to say how attentive they were for pregnant guests when it came to the sit down meal. They made it as clear as having an allergy, to their staff! Little things such as a lime was in our cups only to signify "don't pour booze", specifically bring up us a jug of sparking elderflower instead of the wine on the table, and of course having an alternative starter as we couldn't have camembert. Great wedding, and felt very seen on a hot and vulnerable day.
We had the most amazing wedding day! We only live 5 minutes away from the venue, we drive past it often, the views are breathtaking! The staff were amazing, I had zero stress on the morning of my wedding due to Emily our wedding coordinator. I got to marry the man of my dreams in the most beautiful surroundings with all my friends and family.
I cannot recommend Lapstone Barn enough as a wedding venue. Aside from the beauty of the venue and its surroundings, from first visit to the day itself, Emily and the other wedding coordinators were on hand to help with all questions and planning necessary to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We held a two-day wedding at Lapstone in May 2026, involving two ceremonies and one of which (a Hindu ceremony) required significant clean-up and room rearrangement between the ceremony and wedding breakfast. The team were fantastic and executed the organisation and set-up to perfection. It was just what we wanted. Also having Emily there with us throughout both days, having spent time doing a full walkthrough a few weeks beforehand meant we were confident nothing could go wrong.Lapstone also has excellent food and drink options, including bespoke canapés. Our guests have raved about the main meal and the evening food for weeks afterwards.
What an absolutely stunning venue and brilliant team! We got married here earlier this month and everything was perfect. The day ran so smoothly, our coordinator, Kat, ensured every detail was perfect and was the most lovely person. The food was amazing and we had so many comments from guests on how much they love it. The venue helps to create your special day and will look to tailor their packages so that if fits your vision. We had the best day
We got married in April 2026 and we couldn't have asked for a better venue, better staff or better food. Everything was perfect! The team were incredibly helpful when it came to the choices they had to offer, they had something to suit any budget. The views surrounding it are wonderful for photos.Mylie was our wedding coordinator and she was faultless, she was very quick to repsond to and questions we had.If you're thinking of looking at this venue then look no further, I guarantee you'll love it and have found the place to share with your friends, family and soon to be spouse.Thank you all again from Amy and Conor.
We recently had our wedding at Lapstone Barn (25th April 2026) and it was the most incredible and magical day.Emily was our coordinator throughout (she even showed us around at our first viewing back in April 2024!) and she was nothing short of amazing. No question was too much and her support throughout the planning process was incredible. All of the staff were so lovely, those behind the scenes and on the day service too. The food was amazing and we got many compliments!I wish we could get married again and again, and I would choose Lapstone every single time!
We had the most amazing day at Lapstone Barn for our wedding! From the moment we booked to the morning after we were truly looked after and supported. It is a beautiful venue, the staff are so supportive and kind throughout. Emily our wedding coordinator was incredible, she kept us reassured and looked after throughout the process. The day went perfectly due to their experience and care. It’s an amazing team, service, venue from the start to the end! We were so thankful with everything! Thank you again!
Thank you all so much for making our special day so memorable, I think I can speak for us both saying it was the best day of our lives! Everyone at Lapstone did such a great job, the food was amazing, and a special shoutout to Emily, she was an absolute star for us! A beautiful venue made even better by the amazing staff and location - would recommend Lapstone to anyone!
We had the most wonderful wedding at Lapstone Barn. Everything about the day was just perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning, plenty of indoor and outdoor space and the team are so incredibly helpful. Emily was our planning coordinator and she was just amazing. She ensured everything ran smoothly and answered all our questions and provided tips to help us plan our day. The food was delicious and all our guests commented on it! We are so glad we booked Lapstone for our wedding - we wish we could do it all again!
A fantastic location, with a friendly and helpful team. Kate and Helen in particular ensured everything on the day exceeded expectations. Not to mention the exceptional food.
Honestly, the word that we keep referring back to describe our wedding at Lapstone is simply… Perfect. From the initial viewing, the team were so welcoming, helpful and just amazing. Mylie, who looked after us leading up to the big day was just, again, perfect.Everyone said how amazing the venue was and the food… the food was next level. Every guest came away commenting on how good the food was! Which was something we were slightly worried about… honestly the food, the wine and the vibes all top notch! There are zero negative points from our point of view. Accommodation was perfect, the bar well stocked and reasonably priced. Also all of the recommended suppliers were just incredible too.The team on the day were so attentive and kept everything flowing smoothly.I’ll say it again…. Just perfect! Can’t recommend enough! Thanks lapstone team, you guys smashed it!Soph & Dan14th March 2026*Photo by Elle - Winningtoncoe
Thank you for your patience with my endless questions throughout the whole planning process and helping to make our dream wedding a reality. So grateful to every single member of staff for an incredible service on the day and for all the hard work behind the scenes.
Lapstone Barn will forever hold a very special place in our hearts. We got married earlier this month and it truly was the best day of our lives that cannot be topped. This is down to the amazing staff and the way the venue is run. Our wedding coordinator Emily was truly exceptional- executing every little detail that we’d requested with ease and not missing a trick. The venue accommodated all of our requests and made us feel at ease on the day.Having the accommodation on site and being able to stay the night before just adds to appeal. All rooms are beautifully presented and cozy. The main comment we had from our guests was how delicious the food was. At Lapstone we achieved the autumnal wedding of our dreams. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you Lapstone team and special shout out to Emily!Steph & Dave (The Ashbys) xxxxx
We got married at Lapstone earlier this year and can highly recommend it.From start to finish the whole experience at Lapstone was excellent. It’s a beautiful venue with spaces for all weathers. The food, cocktails and every member of staff were stand out. We used some of their recommended suppliers who were alsogreat. Our coordinator, Mylie, was fantastic in the lead-up, providing ideas, suggestions and guidance to ensure the day reflected what we wanted and flowed nicely. On the day we were looked after by Mylie and Toby, who were attentive, friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Every single member of the team was helpful, warm and a pleasure to be around.
Lapstone is the most incredible venue!!The venue itself is clean, beautiful, spacious and has everything you could possibly need and more! The staff are so friendly, from the wedding co-ordinator, evening staff and everyone in between! I really got to just relax and enjoy my wedding day as they took care of EVERYTHING- the whole day ran like clockwork!Following my wedding, I have received nothing but compliments from friends and family about what a great venue I found!1 thousands stars!!!!
We were married at Lapstone Barn last weekend, and it was honestly magical. We viewed several venues before Lapstone Barn but from the moment we walked into the venue we knew it was just perfect. The whole experience from that day until our wedding day has been absolutely brilliant. We've been looked after by Emily and she's been excellent from the moment she took on coordinating our wedding.Nothing was too much for the team when it came to changes to the menu due to dietary requirements. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was! We've enjoyed every moment of planning our wedding and Emily was on hand to answer all of our questions, and was so helpful on the day as well. It ran like clockwork! We would recommend Lapstone Barn to anyone getting married, it's a truly beautiful venue with an incredible team!
Top tier venue, 5 star.We got married earlier this month. Stunning location, amazing attentive staff, Mylie was our co-ordinator, we cannot thank you enough. The food was sensational (we had the braised beef). The drinks package was fabulous. Laid out left over bottles nicely placed, a great touch for the evening guest arrivals.Little touches like pizza delivered to the cottage and juices and croissants for our children did not go unnoticed. It rained all day on our wedding day, the layout of Lapstone is perfect for this. There was a cozy atmosphere all day and we were still able to enjoy the courtyard, with it being partially undercover. If you love an espresso/pornstar martini, the venue have this on draft, no long waits at the bar.Thank you to everyone at Lapstone barn.
It is hard to find the words to describe how incredible this venue is. We recently got married here in October 2025 and the wedding went without a hitch! Every part of the day was taken care of by the team and ran smoothly. From first visiting the venue we were taken back by the hospitality and kindness of the team which along with the stunning building and grounds ultimately was a massive factor in why we chose to get married here.Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we would like to say a huge thank you to Emily, Helen and Toby in particular for making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible and we had no problems with those having a different meal to all the other guests! all allergens were covered with no problems! We are so thankful to the team and will always love this venue! If you are thinking about viewing this venue then you really should, it will probably be the best thing you ever do!
From the moment we booked Lapstone Barn nearly two years ago until the day after our wedding, the experience was flawless. The entire team's level of professionalism and genuine care is truly unparalleled. While the planning process sometimes required a gentle nudge for email responses (as expected with a busy, popular venue!), this never once made us doubt the incredible team or service we would receive on the day.Special thanks must go to Mylie, who was an absolute star throughout the planning process, and Helen, the brilliant Catering Director. The entire staff, including Toby and Dan at the bar, made our day feel extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly accommodating of all our guests' dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone felt safe and well-cared for. Even getting Christmas cards from them during the planning process was a lovely, personal touch that showed how much they truly care about their couples! And the food... wow! We had a table full of chefs as guests, and they were all raving about how astonishing the meal was.The venue itself is stunning, and it was so lovely to see our dog having the best day ever, too. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a team that goes above and beyond, look no further than Lapstone Barn. Thank you for making our day perfect and truly magic x
Gorgeous venue and a wonderful, hardworking team! Food is great and the space is perfect for all weather combinations! Kat in particular is a true gem - from the moment we met on a video call (offered by Kat via whatsapp) to the tour and then being our wedding co-ordinator! Just fantastic - thank you so much ❤️
Lapstone was the third wedding venue we viewed and the feeling when we walked into the stone barn was one we will never forget! The venue is stunning in every way and we will never have enough words to thank the staff at Lapstone for making our day unforgettable. From the planning process to the big day itself, their professionalism, attention to detail and warmth made all the difference.Mylie our wedding coordinator was excellent at answering all our questions and nothing was ever too much for her to ensure everything was how we wanted it. When we saw the venue set up on the day it was everything we had dreamed of and more. The catering team were fabulous especially Helen and Toby who couldn't do enough to ensure the wedding breakfast and evening events ran smoothly. Our guests commented on how friendly and polite all the staff were.Thank you
As soon as we entered the stone barn on our first visit, I knew it was where we would be getting married. It was the first place we viewed and everywhere else that day paled in comparison. The staff were all fantastic and really accommodating. Everything you can throw at them is something they’ve seen before and they just made the whole planning process really easy. For example, our string quartet wanted overhead cover and Lapstone gave us two solutions to pick from. Mylie, our coordinator, even called the string quartet for us to make the arrangements. The food is also fantastic, which was really important for us!I am so glad we chose Lapstone. It was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. I hope to be able to return to stay again one day.
