NORTH COTSWOLDS

chipping campden, gloucestershire

Lapstone Barn is set on a peaceful Cotswolds hill just 5 minutes’ drive from Chipping Campden in the North Cotswolds, Gloucestershire.

Chipping Campden itself, with its curving main street lined with ancient biscuit-coloured limestone houses, is said to be one of the loveliest small towns in the Cotswolds – if not the whole of England.

everything you need right on the doorstep

In its day, Chipping Campden was one of the most important of the medieval wool towns in the country, famous throughout Europe. This legacy of fame and prosperity gave the town its distinct character. Today, the town boasts a number of old inns, hotels, specialist shops and restaurants – ideal for your guests to enjoy during their time in the Cotswolds.

easy to reach from all over the UK

Chipping Campden is very well connected thanks to its central Cotswolds’ location just south of Birmingham, North-East of Cheltenham and North-West of Oxford. Your guests can reach it easily by car (from the North and South via the M40), by bus, and by train (the nearest station is Moreton-in-Marsh).
