The Ebrington Arms, Ebrington
Voted the UK’s number 1 village pub by The Times in 2017 – need we say more? Beautifully prepared seasonal fare served alongside delicious Cotswold pub classics. We’ll have the wild mushroom and spinach open ravioli, followed by pan fried fillet of hake, and blood orange panna cotta. And if that isn’t enough, their Sunday roasts will leave your mouth watering…..if it isn’t already! They also have five luxury en-suite bedrooms if you’re tempted to stay a little longer.
Bantam Tea Rooms, Chipping Campden
A traditional English tea room in the heart of Chipping Campden. The building was built in 1693 and overlooks the famous 17th century market hall. If you are short of time in the Cotswolds, Chipping Campden is an absolute must-see. Beautifully preserved listed buildings in golden Cotswold stone, many of which are over 500 years old. A simple but delicious lunch menu and tempting selection of homemade cakes, made in-house daily. Be sure to take a jar of their homemade jams or chutneys home with you too!
Dormy House Hotel & Spa, nr Broadway
Based on the Farncombe Estate, just outside Broadway, The Dormy House is your local luxury rural retreat. Think cosy corners, log fires and sumptuous interiors. The Potting Shed restaurant is a perfect mix of laidback Cotswolds dining. Meltingly tender slow-cooked pork belly, freshly caught fish and locally sourced steaks with a heap of chips. Cool but unpretentious.
The Broadway Deli, Broaway
Our local independent deli and café is small but perfectly formed, in the historic village of Broadway. The deli itself is a spectacle, packed with colourful produce and tempting morsels from around the world, with a strong focus on provenance. Delicious home cooked food with lots of vegan and gluten free choices.
The Lygon Arms, Broadway
The Lygon Bar & Grill is relaxed and informal, yet very chic. A fantastic seasonal British menu made from local Cotswold suppliers, farmers and artisans. Think Waghorne’s 30 days dry aged Ribeye steak, or bubble and squeak with a poached hen’s egg. And if you’ve had one too many cocktails at the bar, stay the night in one of their beautiful rooms or suites.
