We were lucky enough to get married at the BEAUTIFUL Lapstone Barn in July this year! Our day was perfect from start to finish. The grounds are absolutely stunning as is the barn itself and our guests haven’t stopped complimenting it. The Lapstone team were amazing and so helpful from our very first viewing (this was the first and only venue we viewed) and we couldn’t have asked for better people to help plan our day with us.Organising with our suppliers and the venue was super easy as our coordinator did liaise with everyone as well. The suppliers setting up and down throughout the day was seamless, we didn’t even notice!The accommodation was 10/10, super clean and it had everything you needed. We had elderly grandparents staying at the venue and the farmhouse was perfect for them, which was really important for us so they could easily pop in and out throughout the day.The food was phenomenal at the food tasting and on our wedding day! Our guests are still talking about it, BBQ was one of our best decisions. We had lots of dietary requirements and the amazing chefs/front of house were super accommodating.We could go on and on about Lapstone but there isn’t enough words! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Lapstone Barn. From our very first viewing, the whole process felt seamless, and we were incredibly lucky to meet our wedding organiser, Miley, on that first visit. We fell in love with the venue immediately and booked it straight away. From there, Miley was exceptional throughout the entire planning process, helping us navigate everything from Hostology and supplier links to keeping us on track in the run-up to the big day. Nothing ever felt stressful, and it genuinely felt like no stone was left unturned. The food tasting was another highlight — they brought us an incredible amount to try and were so generous with the options, making it a really enjoyable part of the experience. Helen, who was also there on our wedding day, was equally fantastic and deserves a special mention alongside Miley for going above and beyond. Even with unpredictable weather and our hopes of having the ceremony outside, Miley pulled everything together at the last minute, while Helen was there helping wherever she could, including literally holding up flowers to make everything perfect. On the day itself, the whole team were brilliant — coordinating seamlessly with our suppliers, band and photographers, keeping the food and timings on track, and making sure everything ran exactly as it should. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and having accommodation on site was such a bonus, particularly for being able to head straight back to our room at the end of the night! Whether you're looking for a smaller, more intimate wedding or want the flexibility to accommodate a much larger number of guests, Lapstone really has everything you could want. There genuinely isn't anything negative we can say about our experience. It was the perfect day, and we would choose Lapstone Barn all over again in a heartbeat.

We genuinely don’t think our day would have been what it was without her. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey right through to the day itself, she was nothing short of amazing. No question was ever too much, no last minute change was ever a problem, and she was always on hand to reassure us, offer advice and make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Emily was our biggest rock throughout the entire process, and knowing she was there made everything feel so much easier.On the wedding day itself, Emily was incredible. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure every part of the day ran seamlessly without us ever having to think about a thing. Everything flowed perfectly from start to finish, and that’s a real credit to her and the entire team.A massive thank you also goes to all of the front of house staff. Every single member of the team was so warm, welcoming, attentive and constantly smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and so many of our guests commented on how fantastic the staff were. The quality, presentation and flavours were outstanding, and we genuinely lost count of how many guests came up to us throughout the evening to tell us it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. That’s something you don’t hear often at weddings, and it speaks volumes about the standard Lapstone Barn delivers.The venue itself is simply breathtaking. Every corner is beautiful, the setting is unforgettable, and it provides the most perfect backdrop for such a special day. But what really sets Lapstone Barn apart is the people. Choosing Lapstone Barn for our wedding was by far the best decision we made.Let’s talk about the space itself - if you’ve seen the photos, you’ll know how stunning the setting is. The grounds are beautifully maintained (we’d 100% recommend the outdoor games and the gin hut!), the accommodation has a real Cotswolds-chic feel and the layout inside flows perfectly - from the ceremony room to the wedding breakfast area and the brilliant dance floor space.The Lapstone team is really what sold us. From day one, they made it clear their role was to make the day run as smoothly as possible and we truly felt in safe hands throughout. If you have Abi as your coordinator, you’ve won! She is lovely, personable, organised and incredibly knowledgeable - she couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best day possible.We also have to shout out Helen who headed up hospitality on the day. We built a great relationship with her during our food tasting and on the day she was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble ( including, yes, me spilling an espresso martini all over my white dress, which she calmly and effortlessly helped clean up)! We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was.And the food… wow. What you get at the tasting is exactly the quality you receive on the day. We (and our guests) were absolutely stuffed! The chefs are exceptionally talented in delivering mass catering without compromising on quality.Overall, 10/10 - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lapstone Barn. It was spectacular in every way.

Just wanted to say how attentive they were for pregnant guests when it came to the sit down meal. They made it as clear as having an allergy, to their staff! Little things such as a lime was in our cups only to signify "don't pour booze", specifically bring up us a jug of sparking elderflower instead of the wine on the table, and of course having an alternative starter as we couldn't have camembert. Great wedding, and felt very seen on a hot and vulnerable day.
We had the most amazing wedding day! We only live 5 minutes away from the venue, we drive past it often, the views are breathtaking! The staff were amazing, I had zero stress on the morning of my wedding due to Emily our wedding coordinator. I got to marry the man of my dreams in the most beautiful surroundings with all my friends and family.
I cannot recommend Lapstone Barn enough as a wedding venue. Aside from the beauty of the venue and its surroundings, from first visit to the day itself, Emily and the other wedding coordinators were on hand to help with all questions and planning necessary to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.We held a two-day wedding at Lapstone in May 2026, involving two ceremonies and one of which (a Hindu ceremony) required significant clean-up and room rearrangement between the ceremony and wedding breakfast. The team were fantastic and executed the organisation and set-up to perfection. It was just what we wanted. Also having Emily there with us throughout both days, having spent time doing a full walkthrough a few weeks beforehand meant we were confident nothing could go wrong.Lapstone also has excellent food and drink options, including bespoke canapés. Our guests have raved about the main meal and the evening food for weeks afterwards.

We got married in April 2026 and we couldn't have asked for a better venue, better staff or better food. Everything was perfect!The team were incredibly helpful when it came to the choices they had to offer, they had something to suit any budget. We recently had our wedding at Lapstone Barn (25th April 2026) and it was the most incredible and magical day.Emily was our coordinator throughout (she even showed us around at our first viewing back in April 2024!) and she was nothing short of amazing. We were married at Lapstone Barn last weekend, and it was honestly magical.We viewed several venues before Lapstone Barn but from the moment we walked into the venue we knew it was just perfect. The whole experience from that day until our wedding day has been absolutely brilliant.We've been looked after by Emily and she's been excellent from the moment she took on coordinating our wedding.Nothing was too much for the team when it came to changes to the menu due to dietary requirements. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was!We've enjoyed every moment of planning our wedding and Emily was on hand to answer all of our questions, and was so helpful on the day as well. It ran like clockwork!We would recommend Lapstone Barn to anyone getting married, it's a truly beautiful venue with an incredible team!
Top tier venue, 5 star.We got married earlier this month. Stunning location, amazing attentive staff, Mylie was our co-ordinator, we cannot thank you enough.The food was sensational (we had the braised beef).The drinks package was fabulous. Laid out left over bottles nicely placed, a great touch for the evening guest arrivals.Little touches like pizza delivered to the cottage and juices and croissants for our children did not go unnoticed.It rained all day on our wedding day, the layout of Lapstone is perfect for this. There was a cozy atmosphere all day and we were still able to enjoy the courtyard, with it being partially undercover.If you love an espresso/pornstar martini, the venue have this on draft, no long waits at the bar.Thank you to everyone at Lapstone barn.
It is hard to find the words to describe how incredible this venue is. We recently got married here in October 2025 and the wedding went without a hitch! Every part of the day was taken care of by the team and ran smoothly.From first visiting the venue we were taken back by the hospitality and kindness of the team which along with the stunning building and grounds ultimately was a massive factor in why we chose to get married here.Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we would like to say a huge thank you to Emily, Helen and Toby in particular for making sure everything ran smoothly.The food was incredible and we had no problems with those having a different meal to all the other guests! all allergens were covered with no problems!We are so thankful to the team and will always love this venue!If you are thinking about viewing this venue then you really should, it will probably be the best thing you ever do!

The entire staff, including Toby and Dan at the bar, made our day feel extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly accommodating of all our guests' dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone felt safe and well-cared for. Even getting Christmas cards from them during the planning process was a lovely, personal touch that showed how much they truly care about their couples!And the food... wow! As soon as we entered the stone barn on our first visit, I knew it was where we would be getting married. It was the first place we viewed and everywhere else that day paled in comparison.The staff were all fantastic and really accommodating. Everything you can throw at them is something they’ve seen before and they just made the whole planning process really easy. For example, our string quartet wanted overhead cover and Lapstone gave us two solutions to pick from. Mylie, our coordinator, even called the string quartet for us to make the arrangements.The food is also fantastic, which was really important for us!I am so glad we chose Lapstone. It was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. I hope to be able to return to stay again one day.
Lovely wedding venue. Level access everywhere and an accessible toilet.I stayed overnight in an accessible room. No emergency cords in the room but otherwise everything was fine.
The most perfect venue from our first visit to communication after our wedding day. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We had a lot of children attend our wedding and found the courtyard to be such a safe space for young ones. The Stone Barn is breath-takingly beautiful and the Northwick Barn is a lovely place to have your wedding breakfast as full of natural light. Our guests have commented on the quality of the food and portion sizes and were definitely impressed. I can't thank Emily and the staff at Lapstone enough they took the stress out of the day which meant we could enjoy the day and not worry about setting up.Thank you to all the staff at Lapstone Barn
An unbelievable wedding venue that has it all. We had the most incredible experience with Lapstone from start to honeymoon. Our wedding organiser Katherine was thorough and helpful and supportive in the lead up with no question too small. On the day Katherine and the team were outstanding, they made sure everything ran smoothly and brought the magic to our day. Would recommend this venue to any future bride, it’s perfect.
