Lapstone Barn will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.We got married earlier this month and it truly was the best day of our lives that cannot be topped. This is down to the amazing staff and the way the venue is run. Our wedding coordinator Emily was truly exceptional- executing every little detail that we’d requested with ease and not missing a trick.The venue accommodated all of our requests and made us feel at ease on the day.Having the accommodation on site and being able to stay the night before just adds to appeal. All rooms are beautifully presented and cozy. The main comment we had from our guests was how delicious the food was. At Lapstone we achieved the autumnal wedding of our dreams. We got married at Lapstone earlier this year and can highly recommend it.From start to finish the whole experience at Lapstone was excellent. It’s a beautiful venue with spaces for all weathers. The food, cocktails and every member of staff were stand out. We used some of their recommended suppliers who were alsogreat.Our coordinator, Mylie, was fantastic in the lead-up, providing ideas, suggestions and guidance to ensure the day reflected what we wanted and flowed nicely. On the day we were looked after by Mylie and Toby, who were attentive, friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Every single member of the team was helpful, warm and a pleasure to be around.

We were married at Lapstone Barn last weekend, and it was honestly magical.We viewed several venues before Lapstone Barn but from the moment we walked into the venue we knew it was just perfect. The whole experience from that day until our wedding day has been absolutely brilliant.We've been looked after by Emily and she's been excellent from the moment she took on coordinating our wedding.Nothing was too much for the team when it came to changes to the menu due to dietary requirements. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was!We've enjoyed every moment of planning our wedding and Emily was on hand to answer all of our questions, and was so helpful on the day as well. It ran like clockwork!We would recommend Lapstone Barn to anyone getting married, it's a truly beautiful venue with an incredible team!

Stunning location, amazing attentive staff, Mylie was our co-ordinator, we cannot thank you enough.The food was sensational (we had the braised beef).The drinks package was fabulous. Laid out left over bottles nicely placed, a great touch for the evening guest arrivals.Little touches like pizza delivered to the cottage and juices and croissants for our children did not go unnoticed.It rained all day on our wedding day, the layout of Lapstone is perfect for this. There was a cozy atmosphere all day and we were still able to enjoy the courtyard, with it being partially undercover.If you love an espresso/pornstar martini, the venue have this on draft, no long waits at the bar.Thank you to everyone at Lapstone barn.

It is hard to find the words to describe how incredible this venue is. We recently got married here in October 2025 and the wedding went without a hitch! Every part of the day was taken care of by the team and ran smoothly.From first visiting the venue we were taken back by the hospitality and kindness of the team which along with the stunning building and grounds ultimately was a massive factor in why we chose to get married here.Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we would like to say a huge thank you to Emily, Helen and Toby in particular for making sure everything ran smoothly.The food was incredible and we had no problems with those having a different meal to all the other guests! all allergens were covered with no problems!We are so thankful to the team and will always love this venue!If you are thinking about viewing this venue then you really should, it will probably be the best thing you ever do!

The entire team's level of professionalism and genuine care is truly unparalleled. While the planning process sometimes required a gentle nudge for email responses (as expected with a busy, popular venue!), this never once made us doubt the incredible team or service we would receive on the day.Special thanks must go to Mylie, who was an absolute star throughout the planning process, and Helen, the brilliant Catering Director. The entire staff, including Toby and Dan at the bar, made our day feel extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly accommodating of all our guests' dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone felt safe and well-cared for. Even getting Christmas cards from them during the planning process was a lovely, personal touch that showed how much they truly care about their couples!And the food... wow! We had a table full of chefs as guests, and they were all raving about how astonishing the meal was.The venue itself is stunning, and it was so lovely to see our dog having the best day ever, too. As soon as we entered the stone barn on our first visit, I knew it was where we would be getting married. It was the first place we viewed and everywhere else that day paled in comparison.The staff were all fantastic and really accommodating. Everything you can throw at them is something they’ve seen before and they just made the whole planning process really easy. For example, our string quartet wanted overhead cover and Lapstone gave us two solutions to pick from. Mylie, our coordinator, even called the string quartet for us to make the arrangements.The food is also fantastic, which was really important for us!I am so glad we chose Lapstone. It was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. I hope to be able to return to stay again one day.

The most perfect venue from our first visit to communication after our wedding day. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We had a lot of children attend our wedding and found the courtyard to be such a safe space for young ones. The Stone Barn is breath-takingly beautiful and the Northwick Barn is a lovely place to have your wedding breakfast as full of natural light. Our guests have commented on the quality of the food and portion sizes and were definitely impressed. I can't thank Emily and the staff at Lapstone enough they took the stress out of the day which meant we could enjoy the day and not worry about setting up.Thank you to all the staff at Lapstone Barn

I photographed a wedding here last weekend and it was so nice. The staff are super friendly and the coordinators are really on it.The ceremony room provides a decent amount of light and the venue ALLOWS DOGS!The setting of the venue is nice a quiet, easy to get to and has great views with some nearby fields which are great for couples portraits in the warmer months!

WOW! Honestly cannot fault Lapstone Barn and all of their wonderful staff. From the moment we viewed the venue, the team were professional and attentive. The barn ticked all of our boxes from having a wonderful flow, stunning landscapes and each space fits perfectly with what it’s used for whether that be the ceremony, drinks reception or wedding breakfast. The food was delicious and on the day, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were well looked after. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and luckily our wedding took place on a sunny day so we were able to make the most of everything Lapstone has to offer.As well as being a gorgeous venue, the staff at Lapstone were faultless and really went above and beyond to make our day as wonderful as it was. Mylie, our wedding co-ordinator, was incredibly kind and helpful in the lead up to the wedding. We knew we were in safe hands from the get go, and were blown away by how brilliant she was on the day. Her calming presence and organisation were second to none, and the day wouldn't have been what it was without her! Mylie even popped out to buy some formula milk for one of our guests' newborn baby!Helen from the front of house team was also fantastic! We had quite a few dietary requirements, and Helen ensured these were all catered for and guests felt comfortable. She was extremely attentive and ensured Andrew and I were happy throughout the meal. The most perfect wedding venue anyone could ask for. We recently got married on Friday, 11th July 2025 and I cannot recommend this venue enough. If you're thinking about booking this venue, just do it. I promise you will not regret it.The team are just the most amazing people you could ever want on your big day. They are all there for you and are the most incredible bunch you could ask for. From the planners (we had Emily who was just the calming presence you need and who was effortlessly on top of everything) to the catering team, to the bar staff. Just the most incredible people and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our day special.The venue itself is the perfect set up, with a seamless flow throughout the building. We were able to utilise the entire space to create the perfect experience for us and our guests and it created so many opportunities for photos both for us and our guests. Everywhere you look is just a picture perfect moment for a Cotswolds wedding.The food was exquisite, with so many different options to choose from to suit whatever type of wedding you want. We went for the BBQ option, which was luckily as it was 30 degrees on the day, and we had nothing but positive reviews from all of our guests. We also had a number of dietary requirements which was not an issue in the slightest and they had alternatives for every options.The accommodation is perfect. We stayed in the new stables suits which were all stunning and we had friends stay in the farmhouse and cottage which just worked so perfectly for the day.Overall, I could not have been happier with having our wedding at Lapstone, and I really cannot recommend this amazing venue enough. The only word to describe it is perfection.

Lapstone Barn was the perfect Cotswold venue for us! Gorgeous venue with amazing views. It provides the best of both worlds, with the traditional barn and then the modern barn with a gorgeous courtyard. It has a great flow of rooms which we felt was important especially with nearly 150 guests in the evening. The food was delicious and they gave you plenty of it which was brilliant. The staff, particularly our coordinator, Emily, were friendly, very helpful, and clearly enjoyed their job. They were open to small changes to make our wedding day more personal to us and we are very grateful for that. The staff could not have been more attentive and are a serious selling point for Lapstone Barn. We had the most wonderful day with no stresses, which was down to Lapstone Barn and the team!

We recently had our wedding at Lapstone on 09.06.2025 and it was an absolutely incredible day from start to finish.The planning process with our coordinator Mylie was seamless, she thought of everything and ensured we had all the information we required regarding our wedding day. Thank you Mylie.The food tasting evening was phenomenal, and made us so excited for the food on the day, which I have to say is one of the highlights. There is no doubt that Lapstone pride on having the best quality food, local to the area, and we had nothing but compliments from all our guests even weeks later!All the staff were wonderful, kind and very professional, and clearly cared about making sure you and all the guests have an amazing time.The grounds are stunning, and staff managed to facilitate multiple visits before our wedding with ease, we really were made to feel incredibly special.The accommodation was amazing, especially the newly built stables! The cottage (roughly a 5 minute walk away) is also gorgeous, but to bear in mind it is not necessarily accessible for disabled people. The farmhouse decorated beautifully, but did lack wardrobe space (or any hanging hooks for dresses) for guests. I think this does need to be added considering people staying here are attending a wedding and will need to hang dresses/suits up.We did have an issue with hot water in the farmhouse on the morning of, but was quickly resolved.After the wedding, I did feel there was a rush to get your stuff and get out. Not that I expected everything to be packed away, but it just felt disjointed and awkward going in and out of the venue with staff asking who I was and why I was there.All in all our wedding day was incredible, and we are so happy with how we were treated and taken care of overall at Lapstone Barn. I would book it all again in a heart beat. Thank you!

We only looked at 3 venues because as soon as we found Lapstone we just knew it was our dream venue so booked straight away.I just want to say thank you so much to all the staff and especially thank you to Kate our designated co-ordinator for making our vision come to life & was so friendly & comforting throughout. You seamlessly co-ordinated the day and our guests all said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too!The waiting staff just couldn’t do enough and were so attentive. We couldn’t believe the amount of alcohol included in the drinks package and the size of the food portions! The photographer even said the food was the best wedding food he has ever had!We truly had the best day of our lives. I am so grateful we found Lapstone and will cherish the memories forever. We would love to return in the future for ‘Supper Club’ or to stay in the Cottage again. So stunning waking up to the hares and pheasants roaming around in the garden.Thank you so much!

From start to finish, Lapstone Barn was the most incredible venue to plan and host our special day.What drew us to this venue was its ideal and stunning location, range of spaces to socialise in, the friendliness of the team, the catering and on-site accommodation. As soon as we arrived at Lapstone Barn we were struck by how peaceful and idyllic the setting was, and knew this would be the perfect location for our wedding with lots of stunning photo opportunities. We also loved the range of spaces available to host different parts of the day - one thing our guests commented on is how much they loved having different areas to sit and socialise in, both inside and outside, which meant there was something to appeal to everyone. Our guests also raved about the delicious food at our wedding - canapes, main meal and evening pizzas - with many saying it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!Finally, the team at Lapstone Barn were so amazing to work with and we cannot thank them enough for ensuring the smooth running of our special day. Our wedding coordinator was Mylie, who took all the stress out of the wedding organisation and was on hand throughout the day to make sure everything went as planned. Clare took over for the evening reception and regularly checked in with us and our guests while ensuring everyone had what they needed for the cake cutting and evening dance. Mylie and Clare, thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality and for making sure Lewis and I could fully enjoy the day.

We had our wedding here in March 2025 having booked way back in summer 2023. We were so happy with our choice of venue, from the stunning barn to the accommodation too!Kate, our coordinator, was just amazing. In all our pre-wedding catch ups to the day itself - nothing was too much to ask and she just has the most calm nature about her (which is exactly what you need). The rest of the team on the day were great too, including all the waiting staff - very attentive! Clare and the evening staff were fantastic as well!The food - just amazing! The canapés were so good, and it was really nice to have a tray brought to us as the bride and groom. We've had a number of guests tell us its the best food they've ever had at a wedding which was great to hear. Sadly, as is often the way, I didn't get to have any evening food on the day but was pleasantly surprised the next day when there had been some pizzas saved for us so we go to enjoy these the day after. There was also some of the table wine left which we were given in the morning which we were very grateful for as not all venues do this!The accommodation - we were fortunate enough to be able to stay on site the night before too, which made getting ready the next morning so easy. We had a lot of overseas guests so it was really nice to be able to offer them the rooms on site. I know there were a couple of small issues here and there but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly! The Bridal Suite was so lovely and so handy being right across from the main venue!Overall, Lapstone Barn was the perfect venue for us - it was a very special day which we will never forget. It had everything we'd been looking for: A modern barn conversion feel, onsite accommodation, a generous getting ready room, a fire pit, a nice cosy bar area, great food and the perfect room for our 60 guests.We can't fault the staff either. Absolutely perfect service from our wedding coordinator Emily who was so organised and calming on the day. Everything was perfect. We also loved our stay in the onsite accommodation.The service from the whole team was impeccable. Our guests kept commenting how well run the food service was and how accommodating and professional the staff were. The bridal party stayed in the Cottage the night before and waking up to all the wildlife was so calming and special.Emily was our coordinator and she was just a dream. She was so friendly and warm, in the lead up to the wedding her communication was great and she was always quick at replying. She was also great at helping with decisions and sharing ideas for the day. She was so calm and reassuring but also matched our excitement!All of the staff at Lapstone were fantastic including all the serving and bar staff, I didn’t come across one person who didn’t look genuinely happy to be there.Thank you to the Lapstone team for making our wedding day the most special day of our lives.

The location and the barn itself are stunning, I genuinely couldn't fault it! The accomodation at the barn, though a little pricey, was also very helpful to have for guests and the cottage and farmhouse were picture perfect. Waking up the day after to a field of hares and deer felt like a wonderland! Would 100% recommend as a wedding venue, I'm so happy we chose it!

Every single staff member working there is amazing, so attentive, friendly and just clearly love their jobs.Kat was our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely phenomenal, we live in Australia and that didn’t stop her helping us create our dream day, she spent time getting to know us as a couple with a long Skype call and then from that gave us advice on things we weren’t sure on, and nailed them all. We can’t thank her enough, for her kindness, thoughtfulness and all round perfectionist throughout the planning and the day. Helen was our front of house in the evening, and she was equally outstanding and thoughtful. She was on top of everything.Lapstone’s grounds are in pristine condition, and all our guests said what a beautiful venue it was. We were also so grateful how there were no hidden costs and no one trying to make us spend more money than our budget. Lapstone barn was a big part in making our wedding day so beautifully perfect, we can’t thank everyone enough.
